Russia Strikes Kyiv's Southern Bridge Again; Zelensky Says Allies Not Doing Enough
Russian forces struck Kyiv's Southern Bridge again in daylight, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, with the bridge already closed to traffic from previous attacks. Windows and cars were damaged, and public transport is temporarily limited on several bridges. A 25-story residential building in the Darnytskyi district was also hit, killing one person. President Volodymyr Zelensky told the Financial Times that intercepted intelligence shows Vladimir Putin ordered commanders to abandon war rules, increasing attacks on civilian targets. Zelensky criticized US and European partners for insufficient political will to pressure Moscow, saying they are doing "not enough, obviously not enough" to help Ukraine.
