Apple unveiled the iPhone Duo, its first foldable smartphone, at its September 9 keynote. The device features a book-style design with dual screens and starts at €2,339, making it the most expensive iPhone ever. The Duo has a 5.4-inch external display and a 7.6-inch internal one, offering 50% more screen area than the iPhone 18 Pro Max. It runs an adaptive iOS 27 interface, supports split-view multitasking, and uses two batteries for up to 31 hours of video playback. The phone replaces Face ID with Touch ID, uses only eSIM, and features a nano-textured screen to minimize the visible crease. It will be available from October 23, with preorders opening October 16.
