Early benchmark results for the A20 Pro chip in the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max show significant performance gains over the previous generation, with unconfirmed Geekbench scores indicating up to 28% faster multi-core CPU performance. The listings show single-core scores around 4,719 and multi-core scores near 12,677 for a six-core CPU running at approximately 4.93 GHz. Early Metal scores also suggest the new 7-core GPU is roughly 38% to 40% faster than the A19 Pro's 6-core GPU. Built on a 2-nanometer process, the A20 Pro features integrated Neural Accelerators and 50% more memory bandwidth.
