Apple launches iPhone Duo, its first foldable, with October release

Apple announced iPhone Duo, its first foldable smartphone with a flexible screen, featuring two displays and a hidden under-screen front camera. The device will be available starting October 23, with pre-orders opening October 16. The phone has a 5.4-inch external display and a 7.6-inch internal one, both supporting the Apple Pencil with USB-C. It uses a titanium body, a fingerprint scanner instead of FaceID, and an A20 Pro chip with AI image processing. Two batteries provide up to 24 hours of use per charge. Pricing starts at $1,999 (about 171,000 rubles) for the 256 GB version, reaching $3,199 (about 273,000 rubles) for the 2 TB model. Available in silver and dark blue, Apple claims the internal screen has no visible crease when unfolded.
