Apple's first foldable iPhone may be called iPhone Duo, not Fold or Ultra

Apple is expected to unveil its first foldable iPhone, potentially named the iPhone Duo, at its September 9 event, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, with a reported starting price of $2,000. The name "Duo" would highlight the device's dual-screen design, functioning as a standard phone when closed and a larger display when opened, departing from earlier speculation of "iPhone Fold" or "iPhone Ultra." The event also marks the first major launch under new CEO John Ternus. Reported specs include a book-style design, Apple's A20 Pro chip, two 48-megapixel rear cameras, and a magnetic hinge with Apple Pencil support. Higher-storage versions could cost up to $3,000, with sales expected as early as October.
