US intelligence warns Ukraine over refinery strikes
US intelligence has warned Ukraine that it could immediately halt intelligence sharing if Kyiv continues striking Russian oil refineries, according to The Washington Post. The warning was delivered to Ukraine's embassy in Washington. The threat follows reported US pressure on Ukrainian military leaders and officials, including from the Trump administration, to stop attacks on Russian energy facilities after a declared "energy ceasefire." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the warnings but said intelligence sharing has not yet been halted. The dispute coincides with recent Russian ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv, which Ukraine said it was not warned about by partners. President Trump denied stopping intelligence sharing, stating "we are helping Ukraine."
