news.liga.net (Ukrainian) —

President Volodymyr Zelensky reported a Russian drone strike on the energy system in Lutsk, causing power outages in the city. He announced this after talks with French President Emmanuel Macron in Brussels. Zelensky stated the attack occurred during their meeting, calling it "another vile drone strike" on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Regional governor Roman Romaniuk said all three Russian Shahed drones were shot down, but debris damaged power lines, disrupting electricity and water supply. Emergency crews are working on restoration. The Energy Ministry also reported power cuts in parts of Kyiv and the region due to the attack. Zelensky noted Moscow "demonstratively ignored" US President Donald Trump's proposal for an energy ceasefire.
