pravda.com.ua (Ukrainian) —

Satellite imagery confirms a Ukrainian Neptune missile strike on Russia's Borisoglebsk airbase damaged or destroyed six Su-34M bombers. The attack occurred on the night of October 15. The images, released by the AviVector Telegram channel, show the aftermath at the Voronezh region airfield. Analysts from Exilenova+ concluded four aircraft were completely destroyed and two sustained significant damage, based on comparison with a pre-strike satellite image from October 13. The Ukrainian Navy confirmed the strike, reporting secondary detonations and a fire, which also destroyed technical equipment for flight operations. The General Staff added that the Su-34s, used as carriers of guided bombs, suffered varying degrees of damage, potentially reducing the intensity of Russian aerial attacks.
