podrobnosti.ua (Ukrainian) —

Vinnytsia experienced one of the largest Russian attacks since the start of the full-scale war, damaging civilian and critical infrastructure and injuring six people. The regional military administration reported that Ukrainian forces shot down 24 Russian drones over the area, but infrastructure was still hit. Critical facilities now operate on backup power, with crews restoring electricity and water supplies. The Energy Ministry said Russian forces also attacked energy sites in nine other regions, leaving some consumers without power. Over 500,000 customers have been reconnected, though repairs continue amid air raid warnings.
