Russian drones hit Volyn industrial plant, causing large fire

Russian drones struck an industrial enterprise in the urban-type settlement of Manevychi in the Volyn region, causing a large fire; no casualties have been reported, and emergency services are working to contain the aftermath. Volyn regional governor Roman Romaniuk reported the strike on the morning of the attack, stating that warehouse and production facilities are burning, with heavy smoke and a large affected area. All relevant services are on site, and residents are advised to stay indoors with windows and doors closed due to wind carrying smoke toward the settlement. The attack follows a similar drone strike on October 16 that hit private enterprises and critical infrastructure in Volyn, including a foreign-invested company in Lutsk and another private business in Manevychi.
