Kherson endures daily Russian attacks: Ambulance driver killed, 33 injured in double strike
Russian forces attacked Kherson with guided aerial bombs starting at 4:00 AM, killing an ambulance driver and injuring 33 people, including children, in the Koralabelnyi district. A second strike hit as medics arrived to help victims of the first attack. The Russian military dropped eight guided bombs on the district within an hour, damaging residential buildings and social infrastructure. The second strike killed the ambulance driver and wounded a female medic. Among the injured are infants aged one month and 11 years, with most adults suffering blast injuries, concussions, and acoustic trauma. Rescuers pulled eight people from the rubble, while social workers, municipal services, and volunteers assist affected residents with temporary housing and evacuation options. Russian drones, including FPV and fiber-optic controlled models, remain highly active across the city, targeting vehicles near supermarkets, markets, and gas stations.
