dp.ru (Russian) —

Russia's armed forces have begun massive strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, according to Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov at a meeting with commanders led by President Vladimir Putin. Gerasimov said priority targets are enterprises producing missiles and drones. Russian forces also struck 76 logistics centers in Ukraine and 93 vessels, with steel production in the country halted. Putin ordered continued strikes on enemy logistics centers, calling the encirclement of a 2,000-strong Ukrainian force an "achievement." Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Kyiv had no real moratorium on strikes on Russian refineries, and Putin noted ceasefire proposals remain "on the table."
