Pulkovo Airport restricts flights, passengers moved to shelters after drone attack
Pulkovo Airport has introduced temporary restrictions on flight arrivals and departures, moving passengers and staff to safe locations. The airport's press service announced the measures, citing the need to ensure safety amid an ongoing attack on the Leningrad region. The restrictions follow a reported drone attack on the region, with 95 unmanned aerial vehicles shot down. Governor Alexander Drozdenko stated that debris damaged private and apartment buildings, and in the Lomonosovsky district, four cars were hit. Power outages occurred due to a damaged power line. The airport has promised to keep passengers informed of further changes as new information becomes available. The attack is attributed to the Kyiv regime, according to the report.
