Zelenskiy Seeks Ukraine-US-Russia Talks at G20 Summit in Miami

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said a meeting between Ukraine, the US, and Russia could occur during the G20 summit in Miami in December, though neither Washington nor Moscow has confirmed participation. Zelenskiy stated the meeting could also take place in a European or Middle Eastern country, such as the UAE or Saudi Arabia. He confirmed Ukrainian negotiators spoke with US officials on Friday and stressed Europe needs its own negotiation track with Russia. Separately, Zelenskiy said Ukrainian interceptor drones are not operating due to speed restrictions on Starlink satellite services, which have also disrupted communications. US President Donald Trump denied responsibility for the service reduction, which has affected Ukraine's military operations against Russia.
