Zelenskyy seeks US-Russia talks at G20 summit in Miami
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday that Ukraine, the US, and Russia could meet during the G20 summit in Miami in December, though neither Washington nor Moscow has confirmed the talks. Zelenskyy stated the meeting could also occur in a European or Middle Eastern country, citing the UAE or Saudi Arabia as US-suggested venues. He noted Ukrainian negotiators spoke with US officials on Friday and stressed Europe needs its own negotiation track with Russia. Separately, Zelenskyy said Ukrainian interceptor drones are not operating due to speed restrictions on Starlink services, which also disrupted communications with headquarters. President Donald Trump denied responsibility for the service reduction, which Ukraine attributes to technical issues not present in EU tests.
