Ukraine's forces hit Russian radar in Bryansk and military depots in Donetsk
Ukraine's defense forces struck a Russian radar station in the Bryansk region and military warehouses in the Donetsk region, according to a statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The strikes on October 18 and the night of October 19 targeted a radar station near Trubchevsk, Bryansk Oblast, as well as artillery positions, drone operator sites, ammunition depots, and concentrations of Russian personnel in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. The military said degrading Russian radar systems creates gaps in their air defense network. These attacks follow recent Ukrainian strikes on a railway bridge in Russia's Unecha River and a 55Zh6U Nebo-U radar station in Krasnodar Krai, part of ongoing efforts to weaken Russian military infrastructure.
