Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Friday that negotiators from Ukraine, Russia, and the United States will meet in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in the first half of November for trilateral talks. Zelensky said he spoke with US envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, and that technical negotiations could be followed by a leaders' summit. He stressed key issues require leader-level decisions, adding Ukraine is ready to meet any day but depends on Russian willingness. Zelensky also disputed President Trump's claim that Starlink and Starshield services were restored, saying speed limits remain in place and conditions have become harder for Ukrainian forces. He urged continued US support, stating the world would be worse without a strong America.
