Peace negotiators from Ukraine, Russia, and the US will meet at a "group level" in Abu Dhabi in the first half of November, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced Friday. Zelenskyy said he spoke with President Donald Trump's envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, who had earlier held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow following meetings in Oslo. Zelenskyy also stated any peace deal must include strong security guarantees and funding for Ukraine's army for ten years. Zelenskyy had earlier hoped for high-level trilateral talks by early November. Russia previously proposed Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates as the meeting location.
