Russia, Ukraine, and the US may hold trilateral talks in early November, says Kremlin aide

24tv.ua (Russian) —

A potential trilateral meeting between Russia, Ukraine, and the US may take place in early November, according to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, as reported by state media. Ushakov stated that the talks could occur in the second ten days of November, but Vladimir Putin has not yet determined the composition of the Russian delegation. US envoy Steve Witkoff recently met with Putin in St. Petersburg. The Kremlin does not expect a quick end to the war even if Putin, Donald Trump, and Xi Jinping meet. China's possible involvement is not ruled out, though Ushakov stressed that one round of talks cannot resolve all issues.
