Ballistic missiles struck six residential areas in Kyiv, killing one person and injuring 22, including four children, and damaging metro infrastructure. Additional deaths were reported in Kharkiv, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions. Ukraine said Russia used 21 ballistic missiles.
