US intelligence sharing with Ukraine resumes fully, Zelensky confirms

rtbf.be (French) —

Ukrainian President Zelensky announced that US intelligence sharing with Ukraine is functioning well again, following his morning discussion with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. He expressed confidence that talks on Starlink and Patriot interceptor missiles would also conclude positively. A Russian strike on Kramatorsk, a key eastern Ukrainian city near the front line, killed at least four people on Tuesday, including three employees of a power plant. Regional military chief Vadym Filachkine reported three separate attacks, with one targeting heating company workers, plus six wounded and damage to 15 residential buildings. Regular Russian strikes devastating Ukraine's energy infrastructure force municipal authorities and power companies into a race against time to repair the severely damaged grid before winter. The costly and complicated restoration process is made more difficult and dangerous by relentless Russian attacks.
