Kyiv adds buses on routes 22 and 91 after metro restrictions
Kyiv increased the number of buses on routes No. 22 and No. 91 on Thursday, October 22, due to restrictions on the city's "green" metro line following a massive overnight Russian attack, according to the Kyiv City State Administration. The number of buses on route No. 22 was raised from 10 to 12, with five operating on a shortened route from Trostianetska Street to Lybidska metro station to reduce congestion. Buses on route No. 91 increased from three to five. Patrol police earlier reported closing the Southern Bridge from the right to the left bank. Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said the overnight Russian ballistic strike damaged metro infrastructure on the Southern Bridge, so trains run only between Syrets–Vydubychi and Osokorky–Chervony Khutor stations. Russia launched several ballistic attacks on Kyiv overnight, hitting various districts and injuring 15 people, including two children.
