Kyiv metro and ambulance station damaged in Russian attack, 15 injured
An overnight Russian attack on Kyiv on October 22 injured at least 15 people, including two 15-year-olds, with eight hospitalized. The strike damaged metro infrastructure on the Southern Bridge, an ambulance station, and six medical vehicles. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported the damage to the ambulance station in the Pechersk district, though no medical workers were hurt. Traffic on the Southern Bridge is restricted from the right to the left bank due to the metro damage, and a restaurant caught fire in the Sviatoshyn district.
