On the night of November 7, Russian forces launched three waves of ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv, striking energy infrastructure, residential buildings, and the Pivnichnyi (North) Bridge. Five people were injured, including a 14-year-old child. The bridge sustained damage to its roadway, trolleybus contact line, and power lines, and five trucks were damaged by the blast wave. Traffic was closed in both directions. In the Solomianskyi district, a five-story building's facade was partially destroyed, windows were blown out in three others, and a kindergarten building was ruined. Energy facilities in the Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions were damaged, causing severe power supply issues in the capital. Emergency blackouts were introduced in Kyiv at 7:05 AM, with regular schedules suspended, and disruptions affected heating and water supply systems.
