The death toll from a Russian airstrike on the front-line town of KamyShevakha in Zaporizhzhia Oblast has risen to 55, according to Ukraine's State Emergency Service. Rescuers recovered the bodies of nine more people from the rubble. The strike occurred on November 2, targeting a humanitarian aid distribution point in a school building and a shelter. The UN humanitarian coordinator for Ukraine, Matthias Schmale, strongly condemned the attack. Local authorities reported that about 200 people remained in the town, with all children evacuated. Separately, Russian forces launched a massive overnight attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure on November 7, leaving parts of several oblasts and the city of Chernihiv without power. Ukraine's energy company Naftogaz reported three strikes on one of its facilities, causing a fire but no casualties.
