pravda.com.ua (Ukrainian) —

A Russian attack on Dnipro's energy infrastructure on November 7 has left over 60,000 consumers without electricity, according to regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha. Restoration work has not yet begun due to the ongoing security situation. Hanzha stated that over 60,000 consumers in Dnipro lost power due to repeated Russian strikes on the energy system. Repair operations will only commence when the safety situation permits. Since October 29, the enemy has actively targeted the energy sector of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Emergency blackouts were imposed on October 30, and power was restored to 820,000 households on November 2 following previous mass attacks.
