Kremlin names delegation for Abu Dhabi talks with US and Ukraine

nv.ua (Ukrainian) —

The Kremlin has announced the Russian delegation for trilateral talks with the US and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi next week, again led by Putin aide Vladimir Medinsky and now including Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov for the first time. The talks will take place on November 10-11, marking the first such meeting since February. Ryabkov, responsible for arms control and Iran nuclear issues, will be joined by General Staff deputy chief Yuri Zhigarlovsky, alongside returning members Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and military intelligence chief Igor Kostyukov. All delegation members met with Putin at a Security Council session ahead of the talks. US negotiators seek a breakthrough before winter, while Ukraine focuses on future security arrangements rather than territorial concessions, which Kyiv calls a "red line."
