Peskov responds to Trump's 'big deal' claim on Ukraine

nv.ua (Russian) —

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 6 that Moscow has no details about the "big deal" on Ukraine announced by Donald Trump. Peskov acknowledged that discussions with Europe will be necessary regarding security guarantees for Ukraine and Russia, as well as the future of European security. He claimed Europe shows "prolonged indecisiveness" and unpreparedness for dialogue with Moscow. Trump told reporters on November 5 that a "big deal" on Ukraine could cover all of Europe. A trilateral Ukraine-Russia-US meeting is scheduled next week in Abu Dhabi, with Vladimir Medinsky leading the Russian delegation.
