Russian forces attacked Kyiv on the night of November 7, injuring three people, including a child, and damaging residential buildings and a kindergarten in the Solomianskyi district. The State Emergency Service reported the aftermath across multiple addresses. In a five-story building, the first-floor facade was partially destroyed with no fire or casualties. Explosive waves blew out windows in three other five-story buildings. A two-story kindergarten building was destroyed, and a truck and non-residential structure caught fire elsewhere, with the blaze extinguished. One person was injured near a building with broken windows, while two others, including a child, were hurt at other locations. Russia attacked Kyiv three times that night, starting with a ballistic strike on the evening of November 6, followed by attacks around 1:00 AM on infrastructure in the suburbs and a third wave near 3:00 AM. A drone also destroyed a private house in Bohdanivka, Kyiv region, where rescuers pulled a man from the rubble. President Zelensky had previously warned of a potential massive strike on bridges and energy infrastructure.
