Kremlin reveals Abu Dhabi delegation includes military intelligence
Russia has disclosed the composition of its delegation for upcoming talks with the US and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, including representatives from the foreign ministry, general staff, and military intelligence. Putin's aide Vladimir Medinsky will lead the delegation. The delegation includes Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, responsible for arms control and Iran's nuclear program, and Yuri Zhigarlovsky, deputy chief of the General Staff's Main Operational Directorate. Military intelligence chief Igor Kostyukov and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, both veterans of previous missions, are also included. On October 6, Putin met with delegation members during a Security Council session to discuss preparations. The trilateral talks, the first since February, will address potential paths to end the war, with US envoy Jared Kushner citing security guarantees for Ukraine and European security architecture as key topics.
