Kyiv attack injures three, including child, damages homes and kindergarten
Russian forces attacked Kyiv overnight on November 7, injuring three people, including a child, in the Solomianskyi district, and damaging residential buildings and a kindergarten. The State Emergency Service reported damage at several addresses: a five-story building's first-floor facade was partially destroyed, windows were blown out in three other buildings, and a two-story kindergarten structure was ruined. A truck and non-residential building caught fire but were extinguished. Kyiv was struck three times, starting with a ballistic attack on the evening of November 6, followed by strikes on infrastructure near the city around 1 a.m., and a third wave around 3 a.m. A drone also destroyed a private house in Bohdanivka, where a man was rescued from rubble. President Zelensky had warned of a potential mass attack on bridges and energy infrastructure.
