Zelensky and Macron in New York discuss security and winter support for Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with French President Emmanuel Macron in New York to discuss security and a winter support package for Ukraine. Zelensky stated Ukraine is ready to provide additional SAMP/T air defense systems and missiles using funds from an EU loan, and is working on local production and the joint FREYJA anti-ballistic program. Macron separately discussed with US President Donald Trump initiatives for a moratorium on energy-sector attacks between Ukraine and Russia.
