Ukraine strikes Russian rocket fuel plant in Rostov region
Ukraine's defense forces struck the Kamensky Combine, a Russian solid rocket fuel production facility in the Rostov region, overnight on October 31. The attack used drones and Neptune missiles, causing a fire and damaging four production workshops. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike, which targeted the plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky. The facility produces solid fuel for multiple launch rocket systems like Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S, as well as other missile and aviation weapons. The operation aims to reduce Russia's ability to shell Ukrainian settlements. Additionally, Ukrainian forces hit four Russian military supply depots in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions. The Kamensky Combine was previously attacked on August 16 and 24.
