Ukraine strikes Russian rocket fuel plant in Rostov Oblast, General Staff says
Ukraine's defense forces struck the Kamensky Combine, a Russian military-industrial plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Oblast, overnight on Saturday, October 31, according to the Ukrainian General Staff. The attack used strike drones and Neptune coastal missile systems, igniting a finished product warehouse and damaging four production workshops. The plant produces solid rocket fuel for Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems. The General Staff said such strikes reduce Russia's ability to shell Ukrainian cities. The same day, four Russian ammunition depots were hit in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk oblasts, following recent strikes on a Volgograd airfield and a Samara refinery.
