Ukraine's Long-Range Neptune Missiles Destroy Two Russian Su-34 Jets; Drone Strike on Dnipro Train Kills 13
A drone attack on an electric train in Dnipro killed 13 people, while Ukrainian forces destroyed two Russian Su-34 fighter-bombers using long-range Neptune missiles. The strike on the train occurred at the railway station platform. The Ukrainian Navy confirmed the Su-34s were hit at the Marinovka airfield in Russia's Volgograd region. Russian Telegram channels reported two military personnel killed and two wounded in that attack. The Su-34 is a primary platform for Russian guided bomb strikes on Ukrainian cities. Separately, Ukraine prepared a humanitarian convoy for Oleshky in the Kherson region after demining routes, and the National Bank raised its key rate to 16.5% amid inflation pressures. Russian military losses in October reached a record 49,040 personnel.
