Ukraine seeks emergency UN Security Council meeting after Russian strikes kill 20

Ukraine has requested an emergency United Nations Security Council meeting following Russian missile and drone strikes on October 29 that killed at least 20 people and injured over 80, including children, according to Ukrainian officials.
