Russian drone strikes on Kyiv partially cut power and water supplies in the Ukrainian capital overnight, with three hits recorded on a critical infrastructure facility. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported outages across several districts, including the Left Bank, Pecherskyi, Solomianskyi, and Holosiivskyi areas. Klitschko noted water supply issues, with Obolonskyi restored but reduced pressure in Sviatoshynskyi, Podilskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi districts. A 14-story residential building in Shevchenkivskyi district had windows damaged on floors 6-7. In Kharkiv, a Shahed drone strike on Osnovianskyi district caused a fire, injured three people, and damaged ten homes. In Poltava region, a drone hit a private property, damaging windows and a power line. In Sumy region, one person died and 12 were wounded from 56 strikes across 20 settlements over the past day.
