Ukraine Announces New Power Outage Schedules for October 31
Ukraine will impose electricity shutdown schedules on October 31 from 6:00 AM until the end of the day in some regions, according to Ukrenergo. Restrictions will apply to both industry and all consumer categories. Hourly outage schedules for all consumers will be implemented with a volume of 1.5 to 2.5 queues, alongside power limitation schedules for industry. The restrictions are a consequence of massive Russian attacks on energy facilities, and the situation may change. If power does not return on schedule, residents should check circuit breakers, consider air raid alerts delaying repairs, and consult their local energy operator. Officials advise gradually reconnecting appliances and monitoring official regional energy company channels for updates.
