Oleshky Demining Completed for Humanitarian Convoy and Evacuation
Demining of routes for a humanitarian convoy and evacuation from occupied Oleshky has been completed, with residents able to leave the city on October 30 until 14:00, according to Ukraine's ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets. The humanitarian convoy is formed and ready to depart for the central hospital, where citizens will receive necessary assistance. Humanitarian aid distribution will be organized after 14:30, and delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the US have gathered to coordinate the mission, with journalists from all three countries present. Lubinets thanked US First Lady Melania Trump for her personal involvement and mediation in achieving the humanitarian agreements. A 54-hour silence regime has been maintained in the Oleshky area, and Ukraine and Russia have reportedly agreed on monthly aid for the Kherson region following this mission.
