Ukraine's October strikes hit 47 Russian supply depots and 27 command posts
Ukraine's Defense Ministry reported that in October 2026, its forces struck 47 ammunition, fuel, and supply depots, 27 command posts, and 19 air defense, electronic warfare, and radar systems in a series of middle strike attacks against Russian military targets. The strikes also hit 20 drone infrastructure facilities, eight repair sites, and 36 concentrations of Russian personnel. Targets included a railway bridge in Russia's Bryansk region, three air defense systems, and drone storage sites in Berdyansk, Sieverodonetsk, and occupied Crimea, aimed at disrupting Russian logistics and command capabilities. The ministry said the strikes are intended to weaken Russian air defenses, complicate troop coordination, and reduce the ability to launch drone attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure. Ukraine's defense procurement agency contracted over 300% more drones in 2026 than the previous year.
