The Kremlin announced trilateral US-Russia-Ukraine talks will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, while Ukrainian President Zelensky reported 29 deaths from Russian raids on a school in Komyshuvakha. The talks, mediated by US envoy Steve Witkoff, will focus on post-conflict security, de-escalation, and humanitarian efforts. The death toll from the attack on the humanitarian center in Zaporizhzhia region rose to 29, with 48 people still missing. Russia also conducted massive strikes on energy infrastructure in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions, causing emergency blackouts in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk.
