Kyiv fully restores water supply after Russian strike on energy grid

nv.ua (Ukrainian) —

Kyiv fully restored water supply on Wednesday, November 4, following a Russian strike on November 3 that caused power outages at water facilities, Kyivvodokanal reported. All pumping stations in the capital now operate normally, with water pressure restored. The November 3 attack was among the largest on Ukraine's energy system, with over 20 targeted strikes using an unprecedented number of weapons. Emergency blackouts were imposed in Kyiv and other regions, disrupting water and electric transport. Energy workers have since returned the capital to scheduled outages, with partial water service resuming earlier on November 4.
