nv.ua (Ukrainian) —

Air raid alerts were announced in Kyiv and several Ukrainian regions on the evening of Tuesday, November 3, due to a Russian drone attack. The Ukrainian Air Force reported multiple groups of drones moving towards Odesa, Kropyvnytskyi, and Nizhyn, with a ballistic missile threat from the north. This follows an earlier massive Russian attack on three DTEK thermal power plants, which halted electricity generation. Earlier, Russia launched 59 cruise missiles and 289 drones, with air defenses downing 309 targets. Emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv and other regions, temporarily cutting water supply and disrupting public transport.
