Russian Strike on Kharkiv Damages Hospital, Injures 73
On the night of November 3, Russian forces struck Kharkiv, damaging a medical facility and injuring 73 people. The attack occurred in the city's Nemyshlianskyi district, targeting a passage between hospital buildings. The strike also damaged windows in four residential buildings and ten cars. Authorities initially reported 13 injured, but the number rose to 73 by 9:00 AM. Approximately 200 patients were evacuated to other medical facilities, and the city partially suspended heating and hot water services due to infrastructure damage. Investigators believe the attack used a FAB-250 aerial bomb with a UMPK-5R guidance module. A pre-trial investigation has been opened for committing a war crime. This follows separate Russian airstrikes on November 2 in Sloviansk, Izium, and Chuhuiv, which killed two people and injured dozens.
