Ukraine strikes 15 Russian regions with hundreds of drones
Russia reported a massive Ukrainian drone attack overnight on November 4, with air defense systems allegedly intercepting over 709 unmanned aerial vehicles across 15 regions, including Moscow, Crimea, and the Black Sea. The Russian Defense Ministry stated drones were downed over Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Kaluga, Tula, Ryazan, Oryol, Voronezh, Saratov, Samara, and Rostov regions, as well as Krasnodar Krai, Adygea, and the Moscow area. The ministry did not disclose the total number of drones launched. The attack damaged an Ozon logistics complex in Adygeisk, prompting evacuation of all workers with no reported injuries. The facility temporarily halted receiving goods, redirected incoming shipments, and removed affected items from the catalog, while new orders continue processing from other centers.
