tagesschau.de (German) —

Russia has launched another major attack on Ukraine, striking hospitals and energy facilities. At least 73 people were wounded in a hospital in Kharkiv, and 226 patients were relocated. The strikes also hit Dnipro, where one person was killed and 17 wounded, and caused massive power outages across several regions. Ukraine's air force reported intercepting 49 cruise missiles and 257 drones out of a large Russian barrage. The attacks follow Monday's strike on a humanitarian distribution center in Komyshuvakha, which killed 31 people. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Berlin to discuss air defense support with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
