Kyiv partially restores water supply, uses generators for pumping stations

rbc.ua (Ukrainian) —

Kyiv has partially restored water supply after emergency outages caused by the energy system situation, with utility workers working through the night to increase pressure in the network. The left bank and Obolon district have fully restored water, while the right bank still has reduced pressure, potentially affecting upper floors. Pumping stations began operating from generators at 08:00 to provide drinking water. The outages followed massive attacks on Kyiv's energy infrastructure, which led to emergency power cuts and the shutdown of main water facilities, temporarily halting water supply in most districts.
