rbc.ua (Russian) —

Drones attacked the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery, one of Russia's five largest, early on November 3, sparking a fire at the facility that supplies fuel to regions including Moscow. Witnesses reported at least three fire sources at the Slavneft-YANOS plant after a drone alert was declared. Russian radars reportedly detected around 150 drones, according to one channel. The refinery, operating since 1961, processes about 15 million tons of oil annually and is controlled by Rosneft and Gazprom Neft. It supplies airports and Russian military-industrial facilities.
