Power disruptions were recorded in Vinnytsia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Rivne, Odesa, and Kharkiv oblasts. Emergency outages also occurred in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast on the morning of Monday, November 2, and in Kyiv on November 1.
