Zelensky outlines four key topics for Ukraine-US-Russia talks in Abu Dhabi
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky outlined four priority topics for upcoming trilateral talks with the U.S. and Russia in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, including security guarantees, energy infrastructure strikes, grain corridor access, and prisoner exchanges. Zelensky stated that the U.S. has signaled willingness to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine, alongside a recovery package. He emphasized the need to halt strikes on energy and critical infrastructure, unblock the Black Sea for grain exports, intensify prisoner exchanges, and prepare a leaders-level meeting with mandatory European involvement. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed the talks, saying Russia's delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinsky. Peskov stated security guarantees must be mutual and that European representatives will not participate due to the trilateral format.
